Replacement/Refund Terms

  • If you receive a product with missing parts, defects, or damage, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting CG Customer Service at 1800-267-0505. Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement as necessary
  • Products can be replaced only if they are damaged or defective. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (to meet logistics claim requirements).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders will be shipped after 24 hours of placement to minimize reverse logistics costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are available solely under the following conditions:
  • If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-8 business days.
  • If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it through the "My Orders" section of the website after logging in, using your transaction ID and OTP verification.
  • In the case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have accepted your product/order cancellation request
  • In the case of replacements/exchange, no refund will be issued; instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) has/have been returned.

Repair/ Replacement Process

In case you face any concerns with the product, you may request for a Replacement/Exchange (reasons as applicable), within (specified valid window ) after the delivery of the product (based on availability).

For any return or replacement request, we reserve the right to conduct an inspection:

  • An authorized technician will be scheduled to visit your location and evaluate the issue.
  • If the issue is confirmed, the technician will decide whether a repair or replacement of the damaged part is possible. If neither option is feasible, we will accept a return request.
  • If the issue cannot be verified during the inspection, the return/replacement request may be declined.

No Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not accept any exchanges or replacement requests beyond the above-specified conditions.

Product Pricing

  • All product prices listed on the website are up-to-date. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product pricing, occasional errors may occur due to data entry or updates. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will provide a full refund if the price listed is incorrect.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Order confirmations are sent to the employee’s registered email address.
  • All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax) applicable in India.

Security

  • We do not store or collect credit/debit card details. These are handled directly by our secure payment gateway, which complies with all relevant bank and payment industry regulations.

Out Of Stock

We strive to keep all products in stock for prompt delivery. If a product is unavailable, we will reach out to you within two business days to offer alternative options, including exchanges, delayed delivery, or order cancellation, based on your preference.

Delivery Of Products

  • Products are shipped from CG’s warehouses, stores, or offices across India. We aim to deliver all products within 7-10 business days from order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.
  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing the order, as we are not responsible for incorrect address details.
  • We are not liable for any damage to products once they are delivered.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling are completely free of charge.
